Conserv Construction, Inc. was established in 2008 as a water conservation company.  Our team’s vision is to help water agencies implement current water conservation and water efficiency projects with the utmost importance on customer service, professional installation, and thorough administration of cloud-based customer reports.  Conserv Construction, Inc. (“Conserv”) is licensed and bonded through the California State Licensing Board with a B General Building Contractor license and a C-27 Landscaping license (#927834).  Our team members have dual certification through Metropolitan Water District (MWD) as Certified Water Managers (CVM) and Qualified Water Efficient Landscapers (QWEL).  Additionally, Conserv is registered as a public works contractor with the California Department of Industrial Relations for projects requiring prevailing wage and certified payroll.

We enjoy a strong working relationship with water agencies, local municipalities, and water conservation professionals.  We also work effectively with landscape suppliers allowing us to operate a high volume, efficient, and streamlined organization that is established to service water agency customers.  Additionally, our office in Murrieta squarely positions our team for a Southern California service area. As a result of our successful history as a vendor for City of Chino, City of Chino Hills, Cucamonga Valley Water District, Eastern Municipal Water District, Fontana Water Company, Irvine Ranch Water District, City of Oceanside, City of Ontario, Monte Vista Water District, San Gabriel Valley Water Company and the City of Upland, along with other water agencies, our staff of professionals are uniquely qualified to implement both residential and commercial irrigation and water efficiency programs.
